Our General Terms and Conditions

1. Package rates
   1. The half-board is in our price included - the local taxe (€ 2,60 per person/day) is excluded!
2. Items included
   1. accommodation for 7 days
   2. full breakfast buffet
   3. 4-course set meal in the evening with choice of main dish
   4. vegetarian main dishes available
   5. farmhouse buffet once a week
   6. fresh salad buffet daily
   7. various starter and dessert buffets
3. Reductions for children
   1. only applicable to children sleeping in same room as parents or 2 full-price occupants
   2. children aged 0 – 4: free
   3. children aged 5 – 8: –50%
   4. children aged 9 – 14: –30%
   5. adults aged 15 – 99: –20%
4. Ski passes
   1. Ski passes can be purchased from the INTERSPORT RIML, across the street.
   2. Ski passes are issued on hands-free data carriers (Keycards).
      The deposit of € 2 is refunded on return of the undamaged Keycard.
   3. Children up to the age of 8 are issued with a FREE ski pass!
   4. Children aged 9 - 16 are entitled to a ski pass at a reduced price!
   5. Senior citizens aged 60 and above are also entitled to a reduction on ski passes!
   6. Reductions (children, senior citizens) are only available on presentation of a photo ID.
5. For your information
   1. ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE: On the day of departure you are kindly requested to vacate your room by 10 am On arrival your room will be available as of 3 pm
   2. For stays of less than three days a 10 % surcharge applies to the quoted daily rates.
   3. Cancellations: Cancellations within 4 weeks of due arrival incur a charge of 80% of the room rate. In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full room rate is charged for all days booked.
   4. No refund is available for meals not consumed.
   5. Payment can be made in cash, by EC card or with a EURO-/MASTERCARD or VISA credit card.
   6. In the interest of other guests, pets are not allowed.
   7. Dressing gowns are available from the reception for € 10.
   8. DEPOSITS: Your reservation is final and binding on receipt of a deposit of € 200 per person. Only the amount that is credited to our bank account is also credited to your account with us.
   9. The amount of the deposit can be transferred (free of bank charges) to the following account: Sparkasse Imst AG, account no. 0000-823468, sort code 20502, IBAN: AT71 2050 2000 0082 3468, BIC-Code: SPIMAT21
6. Smoking policy
   1. Out of consideration for other guests, you are kindly requested not to smoke in the bedrooms or the dining room. Smoking is permitted in the bar.
